ADMIN: Red Folders - one answer

ok did some checking and here is what I found. I had bookmarked the UBB entrance to here and this is the URL that was bookmarked  http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro&BypassCookie=true

after doing some checking i found that if i went to  http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro   then the red folders worked like they were supposed too.  

it seems that the "&BypassCookie=true" got put on as i was browsing around before i bookmarked it the first time and it also showed up immediatly after bookmarking it the second time.
