Stick profiles are like underwear... other peoples never feel entirely comfortable and you shouldn't really share it.

It's better to set up your own profile, and not too tough.  DEFINITLY worth the time.

The latest Saitek drivers are good for XP, they support the rotories and band mapping for the rotories or rudder.

drifter, the thing is you need to play around a bit, work out what keys you use the most and how to work them together. For example the keys I ABSOLUTELY must have mapped are:
trim (rudder, aileron, and elevator)
flaps up and down
gunsight zoom
WEP
local vox
channel vox
gear

Plus the usual views, weapon select on the main stick itself.

You want to try and set things up so that keys you would commonly use to not conflict to the same hand. For example, trim keys and flap keys are keys I commonly use in fights, like say I'm zooming vertical for a rope, I'll be looking back (right hand on hat) and wanting to retrim my plane or drop flaps at the same time. So trim and flaps should be mapped to the left hand so that I can look back and complete these functions simultaneously.
