I hate when I have to wake from a lucid dream.... they are the best....

Anyone else ever have a lucid dream?

I can remember two in my lifetime.  both lasted for what seemed only about a minute each, but it was super-groovin. I've read that with training, a person can extend lucid dreaming for an entire night of slumber..

I've had many, they seem to me like the ultimate experience a person can have....just amazing.

You can actually learn how to recognize a dream.....it's so amazing when you do.........

There was a quite nice long thread on this subject about 6 months ago, do a search and it should appear.
