Dr.Pepper & Tortila Chips with Cheese sauce, or Intant rice made up to imitate a chinese fried rice, or rasberry sherbert...

I make some salsa (simple recipe and darned good) and sit down with some good corn chips. Not too fattening.

Salsa (in food processer or grinder)

3-4 really good tomatoes (if you use the cheap ones you might as well not bother) more tomatoes will reduce the heat.
1 habanero pepper
1 Jalapeno pepper roasted on the stove (char the skin then peel it.)
1/4 onion
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
fresh cilantro to taste
salt - 1 teaspoon at least

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
