That M.A.S. made it easy.

 Type: Single Action
Chamber: 9x19mm Luger/Parabellum
Weight unloaded: 860 g
Length: 192 mm
Barrel length: 112 mm
Capacity: 9 rounds

The MAS mle. 1950 pistol had been developed circa 1950 by Manufacture d'Armes de Saint-Etienne (MAS) in France, and had been manufactured by MAS and also by Manufacture d'Armes de Chatellerault (MAC), until circa 1970. It had been adopted by French Army as a standart sidearm.

The MAS mle. 1950 (also known as the MAS 50), is a further development of the pre-WW2 SACM Mle.1935A pistol, designed by Swiss engineer Charles Petter. The MAS mle. 1950 is a recoil operated, locked breech semi-automatic pistol that uses Browning M1911 style locking with barrel lowered and raised by swinging underbarrel link and locking into the slide wia internal ribs of the slide and on the top side of the barrel. MAS mle. 1950 featured single action trigger with slide mounted safety, which locks the firing pin, so hammer can be lowered by pressing the trigger with safety engaged (however, this can't be called a safe practice). MAS mle. 1950 has fixed sights and single-stack magazine which holds 9 rounds.
