hehehe Some good replies.  I exaggerated a bit, I usually only check the boards first thing at work (morning routine) and then at lunch...  If it's really slow I'll check 'em occasionally during the day but we have monitored internet use here too...

Forget the monitoring, what about your own personal work ethic?

Doing the right thing because you know you are being watched is expected, doing it because you know you should, regardless,  shows good moral character, IMHO.

Surfing the boards sure gets to be a habit.  Get to the know the people, not just the vehicle that just creamed you.  

The board is another huge plus for the Aces High staff.  Few companies are anywhere near as responsive or as open to ideas and even criticism.
