IDEA FOR HTC :)
« on: May 02, 2001, 10:33:00 AM »
When a new customer signs up i think there should be a little added incentive.

How about we give new subscribers (not 2 weekers) a sort of gift certificate of 100 perks for spreading amongst his fighter/bomber/vehicle perks. This means that a new subscriber could have any plane he likes when he first starts.
I know it wont be the whole reason for someone to sign up but it would cheer up those that have to struggle for first few weeks and often complain they cant fly all the planes they feel they are paying for.If they take it up and lose it first day, well too bad thats life
HTC you get my drift im sure   hope it is something you like the sound of.I look forward to the day you find the balance you want with the perk system and GL doing it.

everyone please dont post in this thread, anything to do with 'lufftwhiner!', 'perks are set too high', 'my dad flew f4uc in the war and he wasnt perked!' BS ok?

Well I have been playing for about 3 months now and I don't like having to pay twice to fly a plane. So maybe HT could set it up where you get to fly all perk planes once every 24 hour period for free. That might satisfy some

rolling perk set maybe?  first 3 weeks of the tour perkies are in place, last week of the tour all planes are free perhaps?  Of course this is very simple rolling set, totally on, then totally off.  Whatever levels are set, I believe the perk time frames should be favored over the non perk time frames, whether it be 3 weeks to 1 week, or just one day of non-perk like Jebo suggested.
