creat account problems

wen ever i try to make a new account it ceeps telling me to enter my country evan wen i do wot is wrong with it and can it b fixed



also ah can u make it so that u can change ur name (callsine)
cuz mine is PSYKO and i want to chamge it to D.A_PSYKO
because i have a sqn and i am the wing comander of it and the sqn has decided to do that can u please make this a possability

You can't. Its 9 characters long, handles have to be 8 maximum. _ (undescores) are an invalid character. . (full stop, period) is also an invalid character.
