takeda you dont get it.
If your sponsor dies, you papers expire, or you are a wanted criminal else where in the world or generally in our country illegally and get caught then so what. You here against the laws set by our government and you are allowed a hearing.
You can sing the sob song then.
You make it sound like all arabs and or muslims are being rounded up put on cattle car and shipped out. These are not citizens they are "guests" and our government has set rules in place that they must follow.
We intern Haitians, look at the history of the Cubans etc.......... We have right to decide how to regulate our borders. These folks arent tortured, beaten, or sent to labor camps. They are detained because they have in someway violated the conditions they agreed to upon entry into our country. They can agree to be deported or wait until for a hearing. Most immigrants detained in this fashion dont spend all their time detained. I suspect after sorting through everything most will be released and told to come back for a hearing. I bet very few get deported.
Few if any of them will automatically get shipped back. As for them being treated as "criminals" well they are since they in some someway did not comply with our laws.
I agree this "registration" seems a bit extreme because you would expect the INS to already have this information.
Equating our ins policy to Nazi Germany is huge diddlying leap.
