Resets and Perks.

Hows this for an idea. Sometimes right before a reset theres that straw that 'breaks the camels back' and the side being reset numbers dwindle and go elsewhere until a now map is in place.
What if a reset was declared when a certain side is down to a low number of bases, maybe considering Airfield bases only and map size dependent, to 3 or 5 and a 'reset' being started. Perks would go to winer who has the most bases and possibly a lower number of perks being awarded to the secnd place side too.
With the 'reset' being started, that would start a timer of say 30 minutes to 1 hour, for one side to win with a definate losing side being reduced to one base. A number of bonus perks would be awarded to the winer.
If no winer the reset timer expires and a new map comes up.
