Perhaps you are right Rude, to include The Free Multiplayer board wouldn't be fair. Rants about a service that isn't even being paid for does give the whole forum an unfair advantage, hehe.

Lazs,

I agree about getting in some furballing prior to posting angry...  I used to do it myself.

The last time I tried it however, I got picked off by ack from a CV or field I couldn't even see while I was beginning the fight.  Getting all pumped up for a fight then getting schwacked into the tower by ack I'd flown 15 minutes out of my way to avoid just didn't seem to help.  That sort of dismal ending seemed to be happening more often than not, so I posted angry (and in pain and drugged) and cnxd my acct.

Then I found free H2H, Skuzzy gave me my ident back, and all was well :)  Drugs are bad Mkay...

eagl... I feel for ya... I avoid the ack cause it tends to single me out... the game is going more and more toward mindless and skilless jabo/building battling... very timid... fast planes are the only way to go so that (gawd forbid) you won't find youself in a situation where you might have to fight...

I still find pockets where there are fairly even numbers furballing and all I have to do is dodge the "realistic" sky accountants.   Defending a field befor it get's too overrun is fun but then you have to be lucky.... you have to choose a target that you can get a few rounds into before he blunders his way into turning himself into a crater.

I think a cool solution would be for Ai ack to be more accurate against fast planes than slow.

gee grun.... who says I can't?   I mean really... not much skill involved is there?   Unless of course... you equate patience with skill?    Sorry about stiking a nerve there grun but if you want to have a huge advantage and be untouchable in a game then you have to expect people to call yu on it from time to time.
