I'm preparing new patch.
It would be very small, and I would release 2 different patches for old version users:

msc_1071full.exe - full version
msc_107T1071.exe - updates 1.07 Patch 0 to 1.07 Patch 1
msc_1062T1071.exe - updates 1.06 Patch 2 to 1.07 Patch 1
