NO reason they had to do it that way, they could have keep the base alts spacing spawns everything, and just been random with the water more...i dunnno how to make a map but this is my amatuer view of it

Wabbit submitted a version with adjusted alts and new textures.  They chose not to use the adjusted alts.  Dunno.
