Everyone who is signed up before Noon (Central Time) will be randomly seeded into the ladder. If you signup after that time, you start at the bottom. So if you want to be part of the initial seeding, signup before Noon on January 1st.

also ... I'll be clearing out all test data at that time as well. Everyone starts with a clean slate.
