Finally could fight some TAS guys :)
« on: March 26, 2001, 12:25:00 AM »
Salute to the TAS. Following my squad who moved rook, allowed me (us) to meet some of my fellow bishop squad.

There's no doubt in my mind, respect to others are mostly earnd by fighting them, how well they fly and how courteous they behave.

I could meet, James, Nicet and Thunder. I flew Bishop for a year and never really had the opportunity to.

Special mention to Thunder, we did a long 1 Vs 1 off map starting at 25k. I learned that the P51 was superior or at least equal to the P47. I know Hangtime told me that already, but I never listen to him anyway.

Can't wait to go back Bishop and mix our P47s with their P51s   Today I gained friendship/respect for an another bunch of pilots

Salute Frenchy,

You are a class act! The truth is that we meet at 25K and battled back and forth for almost 15-20 min. We privated each other and agreed to meet off the map, it was a very good fight. I pinged him slightly on several occasions in a short snapshot but finally as we went to the deck I made an error and he smartly gained an advantage and hit my radiator! He didn't mention the fact that he WON the battle and also let me ditch with a courteous <S>. I knew and have flown with ammo, MarkAT, sancho, Crapgame (Flew with Crapgame in WB with Hells Aces). I am looking forward to flying with pollock1, Nomde, XNachoX, KAPTKAOS, lakc, ezdoc, Snorkey, gorf, Daff & PakRat when you get back to Bishops. It would be fun to do a joint sweep in full force with 47s and 51s sometime! It would be a sight! Frenchy the 56th FG "Zemkes Wolfpack"  is a great group of P-47 pilots. I share that friendship and respect for your squad as well! SALUTE

Cheesuz aythc cripes. 13TAS and the %6ht would be more than I'd want to run into.

Not sucking up guys, you're both good groups,  but I think yuoui'd ruin your own fun joining up together for some mutual operations online.

Bah, they're just allied opportunists, running over us by sheer numbers.
