I'm sorry, but is this the O-Club? I think that would be a more appropriate place for this kind of thing. This forum is specifically for AH. :)

Now now, don't be too harsh :) It's a good film, and brings up many interesting features and details that I for one, would like to also see in AH..

Overall, as I have said in some other post, I don't think there is a big difference between the models. The real difference comes from the quality and the tone of the lighting effects..

The Sun looks really great, and I like the specks and particles, metallic 'grain' clouds falling off the plane as the rounds hit. Also, the "poof!" "bam!" explosion with a big smoke, which indicates the engine's busted, is a very convincing touch.

The particles, imo, look better in AH.. I really think the smoke's better looking in AH, and also the "sprite animations", such as gun flames and CA guns firing, are very good in AH. But seeing the rockets go off with flaming rear ends, now, that is a nice touch I'd like to see it in AH, no matter how crappy it looks.

Also, the explosions sequences, look a little bit awkward, but still seeing flames and smoke consecutively raging in the center of the explosion.. that's cool.. and I'd like to see that in AH, too.

The shells dropping out of the wings, yes, a worthless sequence of animations that no one is really going to take a serious look at... but still, it looks damn nice.

What I really, really like about WBIII is the way they depict flaming, burning planes.. very nice looking.. way better than the bizarre yello-orange blob we currently have.
