I won't post it here since HT resopnded in another NG. He has a very good reason for not having a perm squelch list, some don't agree with his reasoning but those that don't aren't depending on AH to put food on their table.
To me, his decision to police and force conformation to his policies is a sound marketing decision just as weeding out and booting the abusive players is.
Who here, if they owned a retail establishment, would not take action when you had a customer who's verbal abuse created an atmosphere that disuades new customers from shopping at your store?
