I was just wondering how to program my rotories on the X45 to use as my elevator and aileron trim.  I have everything else setup the way I want it.. but I want to make this work.  Here is a copy of my newest profile for the SST software.  I'm not quite sure how it works, but if someone could look at it and give me some pointers I'd be very thankful.

you need to band the rotors into three seperate bands - top bottom large with a skinny one in the middle

you leave the middle with no command - where you keep the rotor when you dont want it to do anything

the top and bottom bands have your other commands (up,down or left, right, etc)

I was wondering this also.  What is SST software?  Right now my rotary knobs do nothing!  :(

Powell: Yes Rock.
Rock: Well that's where I got it, he's my son.
Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.
Rock:  No ya wouldn't.

The SST software on their site is for 2K and XP. You need to contact them to get SD2 for W9x,ME.

Here ia the SST download link for Win 98 user from the german page.
Just click to download. I hope it is in english but it is worth a try.

DOWNLOAD

I got my SST from the US page because they relaesed it before germany did it.
Today it seems that the german page has the 98 version quicker then US ( i wonder ).

But the only real reason i use SST is because of the rotary knob mapping like Eagler descriped it.

Just download the version and see if it is english too.
It is from germany but that doesent mean it is ONLY in german
