Just recently, I've noticed that Channel 3 has been acting up. I think it used to transmit to all friendly units within a certain radius, but from what I understand, now channel 3 only transmits to people who lifted from the same field as you... Is this the case these days? And if it is, can we go back?

I've allways understood Chl3 as broadcasting to all friendly units within a 25mile radius. I haven't heard any change to this recently but I've been known to be wrong before... in fact many many many times before..... hehehe

And sadly its the most underused channel. I dont even notice the text if its not red or purple.
