e-mail spam

How do I best deal with an e-mail spammer?  This guy keeps e-mailing me the same thing and now it's every day.  Here's the link to his site, but on the site there is a link to be removed from the e-mail list but it is an invalid link.  Any suggestions?

Here's his e-mail address:

I have my filters set up so that any email sent to me that doesn't specifically include a given word that I have specified goes straight to a Spam folder.

I also have a separate yahoo address that I use for all my online purchasing.  When the spam gets too bad, I just start a new yahoo account.

Thanks for the tips.  I have never replied to the guy, but finally went to the link in the e-mail to see who it is and get a phone number and call but there is none.  I didn't fill out the form either to get the "quote" because that'll probably just get me more junk.  The problem I have is that my #1 client forces me to use Outlook (not the Express version) to receive and send my work in and so I'm stuck with that.  But now I'm getting pretty sick of this guy...  so can I sign him up for porn & stuff?  I'm guessing that'll get him tons of junk e-mail.  But, I would guess this e-mail for the guy isn't even one for incominng messages, just something outgoing for spamming people.  I actually have two e-mail addresses and have actually gotten lucky the last 1.5 yrs, but this guy is getting on my nerves.

So who is James@mybiz?
