This was on TSN just a while ago. I'll give the per cents, but they are not 100% correct, just what I remember off the top of my head. But they are close.
Canada - 53%
USA - 17%
Czech - 11%
Russian 9%
That was the order of the top 4. And thats the correct percent for Canada and the USA. Not 100% sure of the others. They stated Sweeden and Finland as well but I even forget what order they came in (they were the next two).
I was really surprised at these number. I knew Canada would be the top, but I thought Russia would have more (at least more than the Czechs!!) I'm also not sure if this was just of active players or the whole league. Regardless it gives you a good idea.
