K... I got a couple dweebish questions about perks

You got that right! Been doing that since my 3rd month online. After going positive K/D in the FM-2 and 190A8, and a few others to a lesser extent, I jumped in GVs.

I wouldn't recommend the P-51B for getting easy perk points - the plane doesn't really have the punch to be a good BnZ plane and you'll just end up with a bunch of assists.  The 190A8 and F4U-1 Birdcage model do a much better job with less effort for approximately the same return on perks.

They're faster than a Hellcat, but any of the late-war liquid-cooled planes can catch them.

In case people don't realize it, the FM2 is my favourite plane and I have had a positive K/D in it for quite some time...
