Cheap computer part shops in USA
« on: January 12, 2003, 01:40:49 PM »
My firends are currently staying two weeks in USA and theyre going to buy few video cards from there. Theyre going to be atleast in New York and Texas and maybe in California.

Care to give any suggestions (link to site), where are the most cheapest prices? I tried pricewatch.com, but its not useful when parts should be in the stock and not only via online order.

Thanks!

any BestBuy, CompUSA, Circuit City would probably be cheaper than Finland prices. Frys is good too but don't know if they are outside CA.

Check here, it lists most (or all) of them, by price, by component:

Tuomio, if I understand correctly, your friends will want the cheapest place to buy video cards in person, rather than ordering for a shipped delivery?

There are good deals in New York. Your friends could find a New York based company on Pricewatch.com that also allows you to pick up your order in person - then go there to pick it up.

G'luck :)
