Wonder why the card occupies both an AGP and PCI slot???

Anyway for $399.99 its a bit out of my price range and that is the majority of my upgrade for CPU, mobo and RAM budget. Gonna have to wait another year I guess since I bought a GeForce4 Ti4400 last spring.

It uses a PCI slot for cooling, the thing is a monster and has a seperate heatsink and fan attached to it that takes up a PCI slot.
