Well, as I have already said in other threads, I am stuck 300miles away from my computer and controls, and have just a laptop here. I downloaded 1.08, logged in online, logged off (wooping 3 fps

), and then opened the offline mode.

I have no controls here, just the mouse. And as the laptop has no numeric keypad, I have put the views on it. Then I proceeded to take off a Me262 (see, the autotakeoff sometimes is really good

)...and the next thing I know was that I was speechless.

even in a crap laptop like mine, running at 800x600x16bit, THAT THING IS THE MOST AWESOME ME262 I'VE EVER SEEN IN A PC GAME!!! Everything looks INCREDIBLE. From the cockpit (is not completely historic in the gauges present, but LOOKS LIKE REAL), to the 3d external view, it is SIMPLY amazing. Outstanding. Awesome. I have no words to describe it!

I have just tested the Schwalbe, nothing more. I am sure that in a few minutes I'll be right back to say just the same about Superfly's hurricanes...or the mossie...

But, for now... NATE!!!! THAT THING YOU MADE ---SIMPLY---ROCKS---

Great job on the Mossie. It is definately my new ride.

HiTech, Pyro, that thing is great.

Once again you guys have put an aircraft in AH that had a great reputation in reality and has always been lackluster in simulations and suddenly it shines. AH is the first sim in which the Fw190D-9 has impressed me and now the Mossie has done the same. WTG!!!

Nope, What they need is more work !

Mig-3, LAGG-3, Tu-2, Pe-2, couple japanese bombers and fighters, He-177 Greif, P-36/P-40, Wellington, Bf-110 and Me-410.

take out that he-177 and replace it with an emil (e4 or e7) add a re2005 and 1.09 will bring about the best planeset imho then anything else out there.

P.S. Nate,any chance to get the Ta152's cockpit in the standard 190s for 1.09?...or for any 1.08 patch?

no, there's a whole new breed of whiner out there.....leaner....meaner... .more technical.....longer and less interesting posts....sigh, makes me long for the old days of backward firing alien controlled turbo lasers
