Passing out perks

We need a dot command for passing perks we have earned to other players.  Could be a great way to share the wealth to newbies  :)

.giveFperk <playername> <points>
.giveBperk <playername> <points>
.giveVperk <playername> <points>

actually... I think I had a better idea for using up the usless and unfair perks.   I would like to use mine to subtract from other players.  In other words... I could spend 200 perks to remove 200 of yours.  That would be a use that I would find to be fair.   I bet eskimo might use some that way too.

"us<e>less"

No, they are not useless, you can use them on any perk plane.

"unfair"

No, they are not unfair, you also have the opportunity to use them at your leisure.

Any other questions?  Good.  Now, I have one for you, you returning to Warbirds anytime soon?

useless? well... I guess not if you enjoy a lopsided fight.  If not they are indeed...useless.  Unfair?   well..duh, yeah.  any fight involving perk planes is inherently unfair.   Got that?  no?  didn't think so.  And... what did you think of my idea BTW?   That would be usefull and fair in the extreme I would think.   Right now... I can earn em but unless I want a crappy fight.... I can't use em.   Why shouldn't I be able to use em to limit crappy fights?   I mean I did "earn" em eh?

Using perks to cancel someone else's perks is a terrible idea.  Heck you outta see this lazs.  Get like 10 people to dedicate every perk they earn to deny you the ability to ever collect any perks.  I can't even begin to imagine the message that you would post follow day one of this on how unfair it is.
