Oh, there's another guy in the MA called Hajo. He's not on the boards often. Great guy!!  He has a Z3 but keeps it garaged in the winter time (Don't blame him where he lives, its cold/snow in the Midwest in the US)but I still have to give him crap all the time for storing it...if you ever see him just private channel him and ask him where he got the nickname "Garage Queen" :D

To get back on track, I have to say that others I've talked to LOVE the Miata for AutoX..what do they weigh?  2200 lbs?!

My '92 Miata tipped the scales at just under 2100lb in full autox trim.  The newer ones are in the mid 2300lb range.

Yeah like crow says.. the newer ones weight the most..  My 02 weights about 2300lbs more then the 99's (2100) due a new motor. And a few other tweeks..Like I have VVTi pre 01' had non-VVTi motors, tho it doesn't give the car more power say for instance Honda in the S2000.. their VVT help's. We get a more fuller power band to it's 7200 rev limiter..  which I have no second thoughts of hitting :D
