The F4U-1C costs 10 perk points and has 5852 kills and has been killed 2315 timesfor a K/D ratio of 2.53/1 and 1.65% of the total MA kills.

The Me 262 costs 200 perk points and has 2677 kills and has been killed 477 timesfor a K/D ratio of 5.61/1 and 0.76% of the total MA kills.

The Me 163B costs 50 perk points has 1242 kills and has been killed 434 timesfor a K/D ratio of 2.86/1 and 0.35% of the total MA kills.

The Tempest costs 70 perk points and has 1168 kills and has been killed 262 timesfor a K/D ratio of 4.46/1 and 0.33% of the total MA kills.

The F4U-4 costs 50 perk points and has 736 kills and has been killed 241 timesfor a K/D ratio of 3.05/1 and 0.21% of the total MA kills.

The Ta 152H costs 20 perk points and has 520 kills and has been killed 266 timesfor a K/D ratio of 1.95/1 and 0.15% of the total MA kills.

The Spitfire Mk XIV costs 60 perk points and has 410 kills and has been killed 276 timesfor a K/D ratio of 1.49/1 and 0.12% of the total MA kills.

The Ar 234 costs 60 perk points and has 49 kills and has been killed 167 timesfor a K/D ratio of 0.29/1 and 0.01% of the total MA kills.

Look at the kill total on that Tiger I! That's pretty good for a full priced perk unit.

(Note: The Ar234's unusual nature makes a K/D ratio or kill total irrelevant, though it is very rare)

tiger doing so well for a variety of reasons, first being a lot of people have a ton of gv perkies to blow, so they can use it recklessly and rack up some pretty impressive kills as people fall all over themselves trying to nail a tiger - a bet a lot of the kills came from planes augering, and some tigers camping spawn points.

give the tiger a few tours to find its natural place in the scheme of things.
Surrounded by suck and underwhelmed with mediocrity.
I'm always right, it just takes some poepl longer to come to that realization than others.
I'm not perfect, but I am closer to it than you are.

Shane,

No, I don't think so.  Looking at the Panzer IV H kill totals and the Ostwind kills versus Panzer IV Hs and Tiger Is, I think the majority of Tiger kills are Panzer IV Hs.  It seems to me that the only reason the Panzer IV H has a negative K/D ratio is due to the Tiger.

I do agree about the the huge numbers of vehicle perk points people have and are being reckless with though.

The only reckless use of the tiger I have done is attacking factories and then ditching the tank there. All you need is five field captures with an m3 and you get it back. I have camped a few spawn points while the team shut down the vh and we stormed a field and yes I have been lucky enough to land some major kills. My k/d in the tiger with yet two weeks of the tour remaining is ten times the average. I suspect the tiger may go up in perk price. Im sure someone out there has a better k/d then I do with the tiger and the curve may be strongly skewed.

A rocket-armed Sherman would eliminate some of that Tiger curve, and would also help round out the GV stable.  The Caliope Sherman had a big punch with its rockets, but lacked the armour that the Tiger had, making it sufficiently vulnerable to Panzers, M8s, and aircraft attacks.

[grumblegrumblegrumble] hmm i seem to have contributed several vehicles to this individual's k/d ratio. I'll stick to planes. :(
