Hawk, In the event of any war or military action, all those working for the military whether in a civilian or military capacity becomes a target. Just remember that Kuwait is no Lover of the US and there is a strong prescence of Terrorists living in kuwait.
FWIW I agree with your sentement however i bet no tears will be shed when Iraqi civilians working for Their military are killed.
