I was curious, and after this long I dunno if anyone has found this too. I took a C205 from 27, flew down the Big Hill, slowed, lowered my landing gear, and decended to the water. I expected for my plane to hit the water, do 8 cartwheels, and sink

(knowing what AH can do). I TOUCH DOWN, and roll to a stop.

Huh? If we get ships, they better be on wheels, cause tat was like the RW at 27.

I really doubt that modelling the effects of landing/ditching in water was worth the effort for HTC yet

BTW, anyone knows the photo sequence of a Bf 110 that is ditching in the channel in the Osprey 'Messerschmitt Bf 110 Zerstörer Aces of World War 2'?
