What your describing is in no way "stick stirring"...it's also not a stall. Your simply standing on the brakes so to speak...this is basically a rolling scissors/barrel roll and will certainly work against a poorly flown bandit who fails to deny the overshoot.

Certainly not a whine on my end...to me the FW dance is just another defensive tactic (and hogs and others do it also). By stick stirring I just mean uncordinated control movements. What your describing is really a defensive BFM. Think what would happen if you did that at 1.2....you'd roll out about 300 in front of me sitting like a clay pidgeon...it's the timing of the move I was trying to get across not it's validity...also your not describing a true stall....your basically airbraking the plane and then letting the nose fall back off in controlled flight. Takes a good stick to keep the 190 on the right side of the envelope there.
