Click on your team name, and on the next screen look for the (Edit) in blue. You pick 2 "A" list drivers, 4 "B" list drivers, and 2 "C" list drivers. Then, you pick 1 of your A guys to race, 2 of your B guys to start, and 1 of your C guys to race. I usually firm up my picks after the qualifying is done, or the day before the race, whichever is closest to the race time. Your team roster is locked after a certain deadline has passed, and then you can re-arrange your starters up until the cut-off for the race. Its possible for us all to pick the same guys, but the probability is pretty low. Its been my experience that winning this thing will be based on how well your B guys do for ya. After the first couple of races, we'll probably all be using the same C driver. And one more thing: its a long season and you can only use a driver 9 times, so pick wisely!
