Its hard to support a team that scr3ws its fan base like Al Davis does. The Oakland-Anaheim-Oakland Raiders fans were outnumbered at the Super Bowl by Bucs' fans, not because the Bucs have more fans, but because the Bucs ticket office actually distributed its share of SB tickets to its season ticket holders unlike the Raiders who only distributed 6,000 and sold the rest to Al Davis' select cronies who paid top dollar for them.
Its not like Al needed the money - the Raiders got $8million from the Bucs at the beginning of the season.
Al sold his crowd support to the top bidder, and some of those bidders were Bucs fans, no doubt. Even the casual football fan got behind the Cinderella-story Bucs after we kicked that 2nd field goal to pull ahead 6-3.
If I was a Raiders' season ticket holder, I'd be p1ssed.
