The conference isn't until May.  Powell is speaking before the UN a week from today.  In other words, ifluff'n you think it's ironic now, just wait until Powell lays out on the table what the US thinks/knows is going on in Iraq...  :D  That is if Powell actually brings anything substantial to the table.  We'll see.
