Will the system requirements increase for AH2?

Yes. Our benchmark system for AH2 is roughly a PIII 900 with a GeForce 2. That is the design limit we are using for nice playability. The minimum system will fall under that, but we won’t be able to give specifics until we get further down the development and testing road. The new graphics engine in AH2 will be much more video card dependent, so even if you have a slower CPU, a better video card may be all you need to upgrade.

Unfortunatley I am running an amdk6-2 and dont see in the near future 2003-2004 the ability to buy a p3-900mhz
Been unemployed for awhile and have been playin free h2h until I get employed again

Of course, why improve the graphics on any game? I played Flight Simulator on an Apple ][ and it worked fine. A line for the horizon, a line for the runway, and some gauges. I for one was OUTRAGED when the developers of flight simulators put higher system requirements then an Apple ][!

All computer games should always stick to running on the lowest common denominator! If I have a Pentium 90, then I darn well be able to play Aces High at 50+ fps or there will be hell to pay! How DARE y'all try to make it look better and improve it?

Of course, a free H2H player threatening to leave because of the new system requirements is ironic enough by itself.

stop ur squeaking if it doesnt work well lower the resolution...me of course am clear until it needs more than a gforce 2 lol
