Found this data on the Griffin 58.

Thought it was interesting. Particularly the SFC and HP to lbs of fuel. Key Specifications (Original RR Specs prior to racing modifications)

I should have put your name in the post. I am doing the same for all WW2 engines I run across. I also found a Merlin reference and a R4360 which says it was the SFC king of ww2 fighters at .38.

I will post everything I find.

Based on the VVS test data our La-7 SFC is way overmodeled.
