I'm guessing that there'll be a new TE!

or

1) Will there be a patch to upgrade the current one to make it useable for making terrains for Ver200.

2 ) Will current terrains be obsolete.

2a ) If current terrains are obsolete then will their TE files be able to be open with the new TE to update them.

as it apears now Old terrains should still work.
