Taking a break

What the heck!  StingDoctor, I guess your going to tell me it was just a coincidence that I no sooner post my R&R plans, pack my bags and soak my 30mm cannon barrel in some slick fifty and you show up.

Actually my absence is not all R&R, I've been ordered to Rook Stalag Facilities in the western provinces to interrogate some enemy prisoners.  Since I speak both Bish and Knit fluently, HQ thought I'd be just the man to send.  That and the fact that they're running out of parachutes.

My first prisoner is a guy named Ripsnort. Im not sure I will be able to get much out of him, he speaks a crude peasant-like Knit dialect.  He was found staggering around base 27 practically naked in some charred tankers uniform, mumbling something about increased 30mm armor penetration.

I'll keep you guys posted.  And thanks for all the kind words, everyone.

NO Niner that was me in the tanker's uniform.  Remember I'm the one who brought Ripsnort in, he was hobblin and bleeding pretty bad....before you interogated him.  I was at 27 minding my own business when my turret blew up and flew through the bottom of his cockpit. He hit my Panzer pretty good.  I got burnt a bit but I feel better cause he was yelling and screaming when he lost a leg.  I was half naked cause I don't usually wear too much in the tanks...it just gets too darn hot in there.  Anyhow I'm gonna miss you man.  I'll just keep on fightin those Bishses and knights and keep the light on for ya.  I'm takin Bishop language classes on Tuesdays so drop by if you get a chance, Magnum would love to see you.

Take Care,
