I remember one of the Rangers in Blackhawk Down bet his buddy that he could be the first to get a "combat jack".

 Physiologically speaking, a "combat jack" attempt should be easy to obtain due to higher adrenalin, blood pressure, and other fight or flight phenomenon. However, this practise is frowned upon.
