Can't take off!!!

Hello,

i got the last version of AH and i can start the game. Now the problem is that no plane takes off: i start the engine and after two seconds the sounds interrupts and the plane does not move.

Please help me!

When you say the sound interupts, do you mean all sounds disappear?

Does the prop actually stop,and as has been said,do u lose all sounds?

Hello again,

it is like this: when i want to fly, i press one of the three tiny grey button and i climb into the plane as usual.  Then i start the engine by pressing "E" and the propeller starts moving with sound. So far there is no problem. But when the propeller reaches its highest speed, the propeller sound interrupts. The propeller keeps moving but the plane does not move at all.

In this situation i checked my gun and it worked with sound. i can fire around but cannot fly. it also possible to go back to the tower and the main menue, so my pc has not crashed.

It is crazy i know.

Sorry if this is too obvious, but are you giving it more throttle to get it moving?

when the engine start sound is finished the engine settles to whatever throttle setting you have set. if it's 0, then that could be a significant reduction in volume, and you have your volume set in such a way it could be possible that you wouldn't hear anything.  Try advancing the throttle and see if you begin hearing the engine again, this should also get the plane moving.

and don't worry about landing... been playing for a couple years now and someone allways seems to be looking out for me, and making sure I won't have to land.
