<<<I know for some of you guys, it aint no biggie. But this weekend I saw my first real life B17. Actually three of them.
I took a family trip up to my brothers in Nashville this weekend, and we took our kids to the Smyrna Airshow. There were 3 B17's there. "Aluminum Overcast", "Sentimental Journey", and "Yankee Lady". Yankee Lady was the only one that was availabe for ya to climb aboard. (I came real close to forking over 300 bucks for a ride )
When we got parked and saw the 3 B17's sitting there, I was like a little boy, had to get over there and give 'em a look see. I hardly noticed the C5 Galaxy between us and the 17's. (I checked it out later)
I took the digital camera and threw togehter a lil webpage to post em too.

Was truly cool to actually climb aboard such a piece of history.
