Hans, I am supposed to do some stuff for Gulfstream for my Senior design project. Do you know a site where they have detailed info on the 550????

Astra, or as they're called now a Gulfstream G-100.

We still call them Astras though.  Where do you work?

Yeah, I know him on a first name basis.  He's an airframe mechanic.  A bit of a cranky sort of guy who has no sense of humor usually, but a good worker.

I'm in the Install department.

I assume you are in Texas at the new Galaxy facility there in Dallas/Fort Worth?

By the way, my real name is Kyle Wiegers.  I've got a twin brother at Duncan with me named Kurt.  He worked on Astra's for years putting in all their APUs.

Hey Kyle, you do know Jerry,LOL. He's really a very different person away from work. He just takes the job very seriously. We've been buds for over 20 years and he's always been that way. Next time you see the old fart tell him "Donnie said since you never have time to get back into RC, you should check out AH."

I don't work for Galaxy, I work for Garret in Augusta. I am the QA Inspector for Westwinds/Astras and Challengers. We still haven't had any Galaxies here yet.

and hope to see you ol
