Has anyone notice the seemingly random gv damage. Case point spawning at gv town trinity map. I spawn a panzer and yes it was loaded with AP. I drive into town I spot another panzer  turret turned away it is stopped. I stop go to gun fire see hit sprite on turret hear the report from the shell. I fire 5 times right after first shot lands nmy turret starts scanning. Now there is allso parked right next to me a wingman in a panzer fireing away at the same target. He is reporting hits allso. We are close to the nmy but not parked on top maybe 100 yards away. The nmy turret keeps turning we keep fireing he is now smoking with aprox 10 hits from panzer AP rounds. His gun finds my wingman first. The enemy fires 1 shot  ONE SHOT!! and my wingman exploads. Turret start scanning again I have hit him 2 more times now his turret is lined up on me and he fires 1 shot ONE FLIPPIN SHOT and I expload.  No it wasent a tiger I know the difference. This is not the first time I have seen this it has happend MANY MANY MANY times. I dont care how the damage is modeled as long as it is consistant if it take 15 shells to kill a panzer fine. If it take 1 shell to kill one fine as long as its consistant.


  Case point 2 I spawn a m8 at GV town see a m8 spawn fire a couple ap rounds into him boom. He spawns again same spot I fire 20 rounds into him he turns his turret fires one round at me I expload. I spawn again I am behind a tree I see the front 2 feet of his m8 fire 1 round into his front wheel boom hes dead. I run into these invincible GVs all the time you fire round after round into them and nothing happens they hit you ONCE and you die.


    Case Point 3 spot a tiger thu a see tru building he is happly killing every gv that spawns.  Ok so I sneak up behind him or at least I try to. Instead of being on the other side of the building he is inside the building prolly parked in there while building was blown up and it respawned around him. I watch as he keeps getting kills from inside the building. I pump 10 15 20 ap shells into his turret nothing. He runs out of spawners starts turning his turret now I have completely cir the build twice and it is fully up. I figure hes inside and cant shoot me well I was wrong turret turns around he fires one shot boom Im dead. As I wouild expect to be shot by a tiger at close range. However why can he shoot tru the building and I cant.


 I am not asking for anything special I dont want an invicible tank. I just want consistant damage modeled. If it takes one hit in the turret to kill a tank from 100yards I want it to happen every time.
 If it take 20 shells fine as long as it take 20 every time. After all it take 2500lbs to kill a hanger every time doesnt it. Takes 100lbs to kill a fuel tank every time right. Why one gv would take 1 50 cal to kill it and the next takes every pound of ord availible to just make it smoke is Not fair its not right and most importantly its not FUN!!!.


 Ok I have ranted enough. Once trinity map rotates I wont care till trinity is back up with GV town again. Then Ill start spawning gvs at that wonderfull place to play and get frustrated all over again as 1 shot kills one guy and 1 billion shots wont make the next one smoke.

I'm puzzled with GV damage models. I killed a Tigr from a PZ with 2 shots right in the side first time I saw one from 1k. After that it was more or less the story below. The worst being :

2 days ago, I shot a tiger from my Pz at 1.6k ... 25 shells on him ... about 15 bounced his turret, the others hit the turret and the side.
Finally the guy finds me, 1 shell and I die.

No biggy ... but fairly frustrating.
Dat jugs bro.

The other thing I dont get is when I take damage and despawn the guy that shot me gets a kill. But when I shoot a gv and he despawns I dont get a kill whats up with that.

 P.S. frenchy check out juggy pics in screen shot forum.

Probably, but firing PB into the rear of the IV with AP rounds at 50 yards should kill the tank fairly quickly.  It is clearly a bug form the rear and quartering angles.  IceMaw and I have the same experience:  I hit a guy x 8 from the rear, his engine smoked only, notiing else.  He could still move and shoot.
