Ahhhhh   there may have been a misunderstanding between the postings here.

If I am reading this last post correctly, it looks like what you showed is the contents of the HTC/Aces High folder on your hard drive (mine shows 98 files, 35.8meg).  This would explain the 21 megs question.

The file you download from HTC is much smaller (8 megs max; it's a single .EXE file).  Once you run the .EXE it extracts itself and expands itself into the proper directories and files to run the game.

This would explain why you download an 8meg file that expands into 21megs or more onto the hard drive.

Mavric, was your hard drive nearly full?

When extracting files and such I have noticed that you should have alot of free disc space if you want it to work.

Try deleting some stuff and see if it works then.  Don't assume that the free space you have is enough.  KNOW that you have plenty of free disc space.
