A Good Fight........That Ended Badly......
« on: October 07, 2001, 09:42:00 PM »
I was in a La7 running from a Rook Nik1, a P47 with mucho smash, and a low Hawg. I ran fast enough and far enough that the Nik1 and P47 pulled out, The Hawg however stayed. After I pulled the hawg far enough away so we would not be interupted by passerby's. I then went into a tight turn trying to rope a dope over him and swoop down on his tail. Unfortunate for me I misjudged the "E" of the hawg and he came within d400 on my 6, close enough to make me sweat, we then went into a flat turning fite till we were about 5k off the dirt. At this point I took the fite verticle trying to get on his 6 but he musta been counting on my move as he cut throttle hit full flaps and sucked up on my 6. Not good!! I immedialty cut power and started the old slow, just barly keeping your plane in the air scissors move. We both had full flaps and  we doing everything we could to get as dirty as we could. Back and forth back and forth until he finally got a shot on me, think he got my engine oil, one cannon(which is bad as a La7 only has 2)  ;) I was then able to get behind him after sacrificing some parts. I then found out I only had one cannon and only pinged his wing with one hit flash. No damage that I could tell. Back to the low and slow scissors. I'm doing everything I can to wallow my plane and get behind him for another shot! I See him almost stall out and eat dirt but he pulls it out. YES!!! I got him now!!!! I start to pull up on my stick and nothing happens??? WTF!!???? I look down in the scroll buffer and see the old DONT MOVE CONTROLS RAPIDLY!!! I couldnt believe it!!! WTF??!!! I wasn't for one and if I was it was because you HAVE to when your that slow! Well HTC you ruined one of the best Fights I've had in a long time. Thanks :(

Can we lighten up the rapid controls sensitivity when your slow???

LLB OUT!!!!!!!!
