Of any American Tanks, I think I'd prefer this one. Limited service, perhaps, but I'm curious about this 90mm gun. Looks a lot more potent than those early low velocity jobs on the earlier Shermans.

Yes.
Its almost identical in perfomcance to a tiger 1.
Less armour I think. 50 cal aamg.
It would be a more expensive perk then the Tiger 1.

Cause these are cooler? Plus Pershings were used in the war starting in late 44, right?

Pershings fought in only 1 major battle.  I'm sure everyone has seen the Pershing kill the Panther on the history channel.  A couple of Pershings were lost in combat.  At least 1 was destroyed by a tiger, another by a Jagdpanther.
