CH usb on win xp

Is anyone using the CM 2 program with their Pro Throttle?Has it eliminated the problems I have read about in some threads,with losing calibration,assignments,etc within AH?
From what I can recall,most don't even use the program software from CH,but I was hoping that the new software fixed that.
Thanks in advance for any input.

I still don't have the need to use the CM software as I don't have any of the problems you mentioned, but I heard that the new CM is much better.

I didn't see those threads but I'm guessing people weren't putting CMstart in their startup folder.
