This one.  Because that's my grandfather flying it.  Lt. David Williams, 384th FS/364th FG.  He flew 88 missions in -38J's and -51D's.

Mark I see you are from Texas, how do you feel about the famous old confederate soldiers and generals? In other words was Robert E. Lee a "great" american general?

Robert E. Lee was as misguided as was the whole movement from the "South". It was an untenable situation that should never have developed to the point it did. I am a firm believer in the United States as an entity with all states being an integral part of it.

Would I have believed differently had I been in those times? Probably. I have the luxury of hindsight to see it shouldn't have come about the way it did.
