I got the fright of my life yesterday, when i was flying a hvy hog low at 1/2 throttle (to save gas), when i saw a swarm of 190s must have been about 6 of them or so, i carried on past them and they seemed to leave me be (PHEW!), then another two 190s passed me, and they appeared to leave me be also (Double PHEW!), so i continued to my JABO target when i saw the last 2 190s following me. OH JEZUZ i thought! Hurridly dropped my ord and bought the RPM to full and firewalled the throttle and lo-yoyod to meet the attackers. One of them wanted to play the HO game, the other was a bit more carefull, so i obliged the HO keen 190 with 4 hispano hits in a HO (i was desperate!) in exchange for 2 MG pings - down went one 190. Looked out my 6 to see the other screaming down at me, so i sissor him, he zooms. He comes back again, i break turn he zooms again, i nose low to get more speed hit WEP and follow his zoom and he was topping out, he was about half-way through his hammer and i was stalling at d600 or so below him, so i fired off a desperate burst and got 5 or pings, BOOM goes the 190. I couldnt believe i had just defeated 2 190s that both had a large E advantage. A true testiment to the hispanos power, not my crap abilities in a chog (i hardly ever fly em)
