So this pick up the number 2 man from Al-Quaida, and they've got disks, laptops, and....oh....whats this? Cell phones?

You just know, he had OBL on speed dial, and the boys from Langley are having a field day with that phone.

I could see them gathered in a room, piss drunk, with the phone, calling up OBL and pranking him over and over again.

Obl:"Alo?"

FBI:"Do you have Prince Albert in the can?"

OBL:"Whaat? Hoo eez Dis? Stop calling dis nomber!"

Hang up, laughing.....

The true grande Conspiracy would be if because of this knucklehead they just caught, they know exactly where OBL is and instead of capturing him they continue to monitor his communications.. OBL is obviously physically no threat to anyone but the people he communicates with are the knuckleheads we want...
